ArmorPoxy II 2-Part High Performance Floor Coating!

ArmorPoxy II is a super-heavy-duty high performance 2-part epoxy floor coating for demanding applications requiring faster dry times and superior chemical and abrasion resistance. For a superior floor coating that is resistant to most common chemicals, auto fluids, oils, grease and salt. For maximum stain and chemical resistance use our ArmorUltra topcoat floor coating. For slip resistance and maximum wear resistance add our ULTRAWEAR highwear non skid additive.

ArmorPoxy II is a solvent based floor coating designed for maximum protection, ease of application and outstanding gloss and color retention over a variety of surfaces including floors, equipment, storage tanks, or other similar commercial, industrial or heavy duty applications. This floor coating solution is not for exterior use, unless our ArmorUltra is applied, as ArmorPoxy II is not highly UV stabilized. Armorpoxy II is used by thousands of auto repair facilities and maintenance shops to meet floor coating requirements. ArmorPoxy II is the flooring system specified by the U.S. Coast Guard for aircraft hanger use.

This long wearing floor coating can be applied over bare concrete or metal or over most types of epoxy floor coatings in good condition. If the floor surface has been painted with traditional types of oil or latex paints, they should be removed prior to applying ArmorPoxy II (see our line of strippers).

For areas that may get wet or oily we recommend the use of our Ultrawear nonskid additive. Ultrawear mixes into the ArmorUltra topcoat for additional traction and extended wear with use of forklifts and similar traffic.

Sold in 2 or 10 gal 'kits,' each kit containing equal parts of A and B. A and B are mixed together 1:1 ratio. You don't have to mix the entire contents of the cans, so you can save unmixed ArmorPoxy II for future use and projects.

Technical info:

• Solids by weight 58%
• Cleanup/thinning with Xylene
• VOC 3.5 lbs/gal
• Coverage approximately 300 sq. ft/gallon (600 sq. ft/kit). More porous surfaces will yield less coverage.
• Average dry time 2 hrs. to touch. Full cure 24-48 hrs depending on temperature/humidity.
• Application by brush, roller or spray. If spraying, attempt to spray full strength for complete floor coating. If difficulty spraying add small amounts of xylene to thin for proper flow and performance.
• Surfaces should be clean dry and prepped with either 240 grit sandpaper or diluted muriatic acid etching.
• Pot life approximately 6 hours @ 75 degrees. Less at higher temperatures
• Available in 2 gal sets or 10 gal sets
