FLOOR MAINTENANCE

Armorpoxy offers a complete floor care system for your epoxy floor. Keep it looking ‘brand new’ for many years!

To CLEAN YOUR FLOOR
Use Armorpoxy Concentrated Blue Floor Cleaner. Comes in a concentrate in either 8 oz bottles or 5 gallon pails. Mix 8 oz  blueconcentrate to 5 gallons water. Apply to floor, let stand for 1-2  minutes before scrubbing. DO NOT USE THE CONCENTRATE WITHOUT DILUTING. Mix only at the 8 oz/5 gal ratio. After scrubbing mop or squeegee floor. Rinse or mop well to remove any residue. Ea 5 gal mixture should clean about 1,300-1,500 square feet.
spot Heavy Duty Spot Remover not only allows quick & easy clean up of petro, grease & grime, spills and soiled areas, it also cleans up rubber from tires. Spray on area, let soak, then wipe with a rag. Like our touch up spot cleaner, for best results, spray and wipe twice for a streak free clean no citrus-based cleaner can match.
gloss Protect and keep the shine with Armorpoxy Gloss Enhancer. Designed to provide a protective barrier between your floor color and permanent stains as well as abrasions that cause dulling. Just brush it on using the special Gloss Broom and let dry. Recommended usage is quarterly, based on low to medium grit texture and cleaning your floor once a week with our Blue Cleaner. Coverage approximately 2100 sq ft/gal (only about 9 cents/sq ft!) on smooth floors. Less on textured floors.
Epoxy Floor Care Cleaning

Now that you have purchased an Armorpoxy floor, we’re sure you want to keep it looking just like new! In order to keep your floor looking great, you need to do the following:

1. Wash the floor at least once a week with our Armorpoxy Floor Cleaner.
2. Re-Gloss every 12 cleanings.
3. Make sure to clean up all oil and chemical spills as soon as possible.
4. Clean spots of grease, oil and stubborn stains with Armorpoxy Floor Spot Remover
5. Avoid the use of very stiff bristle brushes, they can cause the floor to lose some shine prematurely. Use our Armorpoxy Floor Broom to avoid floor damage.
6. Keep good housekeeping practices to get rid of any stones and abrasives…these act like sandpaper under tires, forklifts, etc.
7. Re-Apply Armorpoxy Topcoat (if used) when the floor shows signs of wear.
