Armortile-GD (garage duty) tiles are specially made for residential and light commercial garage use. While our famous Armortile-HD is manufactured for the most demanding environments such as car dealers, repair shops, marine use and other similar applications, our Garage Duty tiles are manufactured for lighter duty use at a much lower cost per square foot and will give many, many years of superb service life. Armortile-GD tiles carry a 10 year warranty against breakage! Comparable quality to 'Race Deck', 'Swiss Trax' and others, but at a much lower cost per square foot!
Armortile-GD tiles work great in home garages, workshops, basements and other similar areas. They simply ‘snap together’ forming a tight, safe bond that will not come apart. You can install Armortiles in a standard 2-car garage in just a few hours! No downtime, no waiting for epoxy to dry and no leaving your belongings or cars outside! ArmorTile-GD won't bend or lift when turning on them, and stay securely attached at all times.
Armortile-GD is manufactured from virgin heavy-duty polypropylene copolymer that can withstand the weight of any residential vehicles and light/medium commercial trucks. Each tile is 1 foot square (12” x 12”) x 3/8” high. We recommend that you purchase the ramp edging so at your doors and entryways there is a smooth transition to the surface. Armortile-GD is highly resistant to all common auto fluids including oil, gas and brake fluid. Since certain jobs may be 'just over' the 40 sq. ft/carton, we may be able to 'break cartons' on tiles and sell them 'singly'. Additonal charges apply.
