ARMOR CONCRETE COLOR STAIN SYSTEM
Armor Color Stain System will transform any driveway, patio, sidewalk or deck into a stronger and eye appealing new surface.
Made to last three to four times as long than standard stains or paints. Product is easy to apply. Mix the Concrete Color Stain Quart with 4 parts water to make 1 gallon of product and use a hand pump sprayer to apply to concrete, do not use roller. Let first coat dry about 1-2 hours, then repeat. Additional coats of colorant may be applied for darker color.
After coloring, apply 1-2 coats of sealer by mixing 1/2 Gallon of sealer with 1/2 gallon of water then, spray on the AG 415 Clear Color Stain Sealer to protect the concrete, spay on two coats, let first coat dry before applying second coat. Allow 12 hrs for light foot traffic, 48 hrs for light vehicle traffic and 72 hrs for heavy vehicle traffic. The Sealer is formulated to work with the Concrete Color Magic Colorant, and helps keep color vibrant. ‘Breathable’ and non-yellowing. Magically transform dull looking concrete! All colors are compatible when mixed together and this allows for a broad color range for final color selection. • Colorant is UV stable. • Densifies(strenghtens) the concrete as it colors the surface. Coverage Per Gallon(after mixing with water): The Colorant will normally cover 600-800 square feet per gallon on mechanically finished(polished) concrete and 300 –400 square feet per gallon on standard finish concrete. Coverage can vary dependent on the concrete porosity and texture. Colorant and sealer available separately, please call or email to order. Cure Schedule: (70 °) After the first coat application, allow the material to dry one hour or until totally tack free before additional coats are applied. Allow the colorant to thoroughly dry before applying the Concrete Sealer.
Product is sold in A 1-Quart Colorant and 1/2-Gallon sealer set. Each product yields 1 gallon when mixed with water. Each kit will cover aprox 400 sq ft of standard finish concrete with 1 coat.
